The position combines technical expertise, consultative selling, and strong commercial judgment to guide clients - from builders and engineers to facility managers - through complex project decisions.</p><br><p class="rteBlock">Key responsibilities include early client engagement, site inspections, technical discovery, solution presentation, and structured deal management. </p><br><p class="rteBlock">The role requires interpreting drawings and specifications, collaborating with internal design and engineering teams, and delivering tailored, technically sound solutions.</p><br><p class="rteBlock">Success relies on building trusted, long-term relationships, negotiating with authority and professionalism, and maintaining a calm, confident, consultative presence.
