We installed a full-height safety system with roof anchors and engineered walkways, then added a custom internal bridge over the conveyor lines to keep warehouse operations running smoothly.
Purpose-built HVAC platforms and engineered fixing systems protected the roof structure while allowing easy service access.

Complete Roof Plant & Maintenance Access Solution
Safetylyne delivered a fully integrated plant and maintenance access system for the API Berrinba warehouse facility, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant access both internally and externally.
On the roof, we installed engineered walkways, an anchor system, caged access ladders, and a custom HVAC access platform for Fusion Modular units, all incorporating controlled penetrations and our proprietary engineered fixing systems to suit the roof profiles.
Internally, our team designed, engineered, manufactured, and installed a bespoke access bridge spanning conveyors, enabling safe passage for maintenance personnel.
We also provided coldroom access ladders and guardrails mounted directly to coldroom structures using controlled penetrations with our engineered fixing systems, allowing service access to plant equipment, valves, and pipes.
